BT Vision V Box is a good on demand service, excellent for catching up on series (dr who, lost, silent witness etc), let down by BT's usual abysmal customer service. good recording facility and storage space.
can be a touch tempremental - occasionally freezes when watching on demand, has a habit of rebooting (which has lessened since moving to a better reception area).
poor value film and music packages (films are mainly USA '90's made for TV movies as seen on Channel 5 in the afternoon with the odd classic thrown in, music choice is very limited).
sport package is OK - Premiership football matches are available from midnight after the match to watch in full - slow load up times though.
recommended for the ~(basic) recording facility, storage and catch up but give it a miss and go for Sky if you want something more advanced or with more features
