great service.NOT, saw the Royal Mail postman put letters through my door. and when I'd finished on the phone went to get my mail. only to find a sorry you were out card and your package was returned to the Glaisdale Parkway delivery office. strange they didn't knock. Anyway next morning set off to collect item, but found that they didn't have it there and would ring me.So I checked their track and trace on the net, only to find my goods Had been signed for at the post office 1/2 mile down the road ? now with it being a Saturday they had closed by this time. but really why did they just send out a card, why send me to the wrong place, why not do what we pay you to do. no wonder businesses are starting to use private companies.
