I bought a mattress from the taunton store and it was the worst experience of my life. i had a budget off £300 which i explained to him but he still decided to show me products of the £600 mark!!i finally decided and had it delivered. the aftersales are just as bad as the sales people. we have had problem after problem. I eventually bought from another family run store on chip lane who were second to none.
