After receiving a 5p off per litre voucher i filled up the car at a cost of £38 at TESCO EXPRESS ESSO, on paying the arrogant and rude gentleman decided the only time he would speak was to tell me with a smug look on his face that the voucher isn't accepted there and proceeded with his first jesture of holding his hand out and what can only be described as a grunt! never will i go near tesco again as this service is a regular occurence.

Although i do not think it is acceptable for staff to be rude to customers i have heard of some shocking displays where i work. But it does say on the vouchers not accepted at pay at pump and not accepted in esso stores. BTW im friendly and often go out of my way to help customers eg. I have helped numerous elderly women with putting air in tyres and changing wheels even after the store has shut if people cant pay at pump i will let them use my debit card if they give me the cash.
