In May 2009 my wife and I joined a group of about 52 people on a 17 days' tour to Europe. We flew from Bangalore and Mumbai airports and gathered at Heathrow Airport at London. We were warmly received by Taj Tours and transported to a very nice hotel at Wembley in Central London.

Without wasting time, we were shown some portion of London the same day and the other interesting tourist destinations of London the next day, including Buckingham Palace, Madame Tussuad and the London Eye.

Subsequent period of 15 days was well spent on comfortable travel by a luxury coach over Europe, visiting famous tourist destinations like Brussels, Rome, Switzerland. Paris etc., covering all the important spots like three of the four world's largest Churches, Eiffel Tower, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Mount Titlis etc.

The hotels and the coach were comfortable, the tour guides friendly and helpful, lunch and dinner, the major concern of Asian travellers, especially the vegetarian ones were superb in terms of hygiene and taste as well as variety.

The tour operator covered all the expenses and it was really a cashless tour for us. Barring sundry expenses for toilet use and extra coffee at intermediate halts, and for personal purchases all costs were included in the amount paid to tour operator.

In other words, our group of 52 people travelled as a family in various alien lands of different languages in most comfortable environment of homely atmosphere. At the end of the tour there was no grouse from anybody on any aspect of the tour and, on the contrary, there were loud words of praise and applaud.

We recommend Taj Tours whole heartedly to all tourists from Indian subcontinent, and the Indians from USA and Australia, especially those who are apprehensive about food arrangements and of having to shell out cash not covered by the tour operator.
