I think the other reviewers have said it all. Alfresia have told me that Parcelforce will be collecting the faulty bbq from me today and yet Parcelforce have nothing whatsoever in their bookings. It remains to be seen if their promise to refund my credit card is also to be honoured. Life is too short to waste time. Incidentally, the system won't allow me to submit this review with no stars at all - which is what I wished to do - so ignore the star ratings with this - Alfresia should have a minus score
