When first looking to purchase this bike a couple of weeks ago I came on this page and had a look to see what others had to say about it. I must admit I was a tiny bit sceptical because most people's views were of a mixed opinion. I'm no bike expert, but I decided to go with it and ended up purchasing one.
The Suzuki GZ 125 Marauder bike is an absolute dream. The metallic, navy blue finish is superb and glistens in the sunshine and really looks the part with all of the chrome and the corresponding coloured panniers. It runs superbly and sounds fantastic. You honestly wouldn't believe it was a 125. This bike is probably one of the best bikes to learn on. It handles really well and is so forgiving. Thanks to the nature of this bike I've managed to learn in just a couple of days and am now on the road. (Watch out!)
The dash screen which tells you what gear you're in really helps when you're learning to ride. This bike was designed for learners, but really does have the styling and the looks and grunt of a much larger bike. Acceleration is pretty good too. I really would recommend one of these to anyone.
The only bad points I can think of is that the petrol gauge seems to be all over the place, the bike doesn't have a kick start (Would be handy). And the bike only has a side stand which doesn't seem very safe.
