I live in the US and tried to send some flowers and chocolates to family. My family never received the gifts, my credit card was billed and never refunded. India Florist Network did not deliver the gifts and did not refund me. Horrible customer service. Cannot get a hold of them on the phone either. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
