On arrival we collected our car from Budget Care Rental expecting it to be a Renault Clio sized car but in fact had an Astra estate. Wouldn't normally be concerned considering the differnce in price, but on driving found the air conditioning was not working so had to drive around in 30 degrees heat which was unbearable. The car was not very clean inside and there were quite a few scratches on the outside. Told them about the air conditioning on returning the car but don't think anything will be done about it. Will not be doing business with them again.
