Looking to buy a property in Northampton through William H Brown branch there. They recommended the Wellingborough branch to contact us for a valuation on our property in Irthlingborough. Made the appointment for Friday 17 July 2009 at 11. 00 am, they did not bother to turn up. When I phoned them they said no one had put it in the diary. I phone Bairstow Eves and made an appointment with them, the manager said that this was not the first time that she had heard WHB had treated their clients like this. Moving house is stessful enough without this kind off hassel.
