Yes agree with all, they are a waste of time.I had three sites for my seperate clients. Somehow they made my first site main account holder for the other 2 (I payed for the sites seperately). When they took monies for one of the sites that I did not wish to renew they said they would not refund. I then decided that I will not renew the other sites so asked to remove my credit card details, to which they said that they did.After seeing all the other reviews I thought it might be safer to change my credit card with the provider so I had a different CC number. Guess what they are still up until today trying to get payment for a site I do not wish to renew with my old card so they have decided to suspend my main site. Not a problem as the account I have for my company has still been active for the last 2 years without me paying a penny.Just need to keep my domain name active.
