Not great, but still nowhere near as bad as most of these reviews make out!!! In all fairness... my product was competitively priced, arrived safely, was shipped economically (to Australia), and I received exactly what I ordered. The bad news is that it simply took too long.. 8 weeks & 3 days, although again, in fairness I WAS told from the outset the item would take 4 weeks to order in, and given the option to cancel if this delay was unacceptable. I emailed 4 times, mostly after reading some of these negative reviews & was even worried about losing my money (GBP152.96 + GBP30.99). I thought the big UH OH.. However, all my messages were answered promptly and logically, and Bonthrone Bikes definitely came through in the end. While I'm dirty about the delay, I still feel some of this poor feedback is a bit over the top! Maybe only unhappy customers bother to write? Anyway, nobody else had my item in stock either (Icetoolz E173), so I can't really hold BB responsible for their suppliers problems. At least they apologised to me for the delay. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend, but maybe with a comment to check stock levels before placing an order LOL :-)
