Absolutely useless!!!!
I have had nothing but problems with them I havent used this card for 3 years. I asked Marbles to claim back some money for a breakdown recovery which had been wrongly taken from this card (under the instruction of the insurance company) this disputed payment amount remained on my card which is why the account was never closed. When marbles changed companys i had a letter stating that this disputed payment had been resolved. When the statement came they had not only left on the owed amount but added a resolution ammount of the same value to th bill (ie charged me the same amount again (the amount had been debited from my credit card acc not credited). This situation has now been going on for about 4 months I keep getting telephone calls and letters asking why my minimum payments have not been made etc ( at least 10 calls a month) But when I telephone them nobody has the authorization to do anything to the acc but can see what the problem is. I am at the point of going to the ombudsman.
