Main gripe: once you have left, if you have a problem with your final bill, their automated phone system will not let you through without a current active Orange phone number. Had to pick the broadband enquiry option to speak to someone. Took me about 6 calls to speak to someone in billing. Also, they told me they don't have a complaints department, so no-one dedicated to deal with complaints. Am having problems getting the money they overcharged me back - they have a very cumbersome system. Very unhappy with their rubbish customer service and could not recommend on that basis alone.
