STAY WELL AWAY! ZERO STARS. Go direct to a service provider.

Have just spent the evening head locked with phones4u over trying to cancel the contract I was set up with only 6 days ago. Was given a handset LG gc900 which is the worst mobile I have ever had the misfortune to use although the salesman informed me it was the best in the shop. On returning as soon as I can and well in what I thought was the cooling off period, I was informed that it would be impossible to cancel as I had been given an upgrade and these were none refundable! they have refused to anything to help. I have contacted Vodafone direct who inform me I will have to buy my way out. I was told the cooling off period had expired as it would have been counted from the first two weeks of my previous contract 18 months ago! I will now have to remain on my contract with the terrible phone or pay my way out. I feel cheated, I was not made aware of the terms and conditions.

Phones4u are far too interested in commission and not in customers.

Do not re-new a contract. Go else where.
