We took our Parents aged 75,72, to get checked in upon arrival we took no hand carrys because of the weight we were carrying and them being elderly. There was a Massive que for check in at the Kiosk, only to find that the kiosk doesn't accept there passport then we had to que elseware to speak to an assistant and he would then speak to management and do it manually (1 Hour). Then to baggage big que again. I get to baggage loading and then the lady tells me they have 4kg over the allowance, 4kg!!!! I told her that they have no hand carry so they should be fine. I had to therefore at the airport arrange to make a hand carriage. NEVER EVER GOING TO CHOSE VIRGIN AGAIN. One other thing when we had finished with the baggage i saw on the ticket it said 28kg allowed the lady at the till for bagage told me they were allowed 25kg. Rubbish flight also.
