I cannot comment on other Haart Estate Agents but the Rayleigh branch sold a property for us a couple of years ago. We had the property also with another well known estate agent at that time and they did absolutely nothing. Haart, however, booked and dealt with regular viewings (we gave them the keys, kept us up to date with viewers comments and ultimately sold it for us. They could not be more helpful. The staff are friendly and not at all pushy. They make you feel comfortable and confident that they will do their best for you.
