European Destinations was easy to use and everything went through in terms of hotels, trains, and airfares. We booked everything online, and then received the paperwork a few weeks before we were to depart. The only thing that I would NOT recommend is using the feature that allows you to pay some now, pay the rest later. That really confused things. Other than that, they were a pleasure to work with!
