I brought my Tefal Quick Cup from Tesco and thought it was so good I recommended it to my parents and they brought one to. I had mine for about a week and the water stopped coming out hot so took it back and got a replacement.
About a week after my parents brought theirs they had trouble with the water coming out cold so took it back and got a refund, I am just waiting for my replacement to break as well.
The machine also makes a lot of noise, a lot more than a normal kettle.
It is a good idea but I would not buy one again due to the reliability issues!!
