On 9 July 2009 I spoke to Gymworld and ordered the volleyball set for a birthday on 17 July. I was told delivery would take 3 to 5 days. I called again on 16 July to see where the volleyball set was as it had not been delivered and was told.... my order had not been processed! I checked they had all my details were correct - they were. I gave Gymworld a second bite at the cherry to see if they could contact the supplier to arrange next day delivery - Gymworld could not do this.
