CRAP, i had my bike stolen on june 16th, and its been hell ever since.

KGM insurance sent me contradicting letters, never pick up the phon (always a message saying call back in one hour).

Yhe companies they use for claims handling were next to useless as well, promising call backs and never calling me after i took a day put my life to be around to answer the phone for them.

Now i got a enw bike of my girlfriend as they were taking so long which i got knocked off 3 days later, and carole nash bent over backwards to help me out compared to KGM.

STAY AWAY BAD BAD BAD
