Hi ,i did lighterlife 2 years ago lost 4 stone in 4 mths,found it very easy
i was 15 st ,i didnt get all the weight off i wanted,but got down to a size 12 from a 24,so was happy,i did not finish maintaince programme.
i put on 1 stone quite quick,tried to diet to get it off again,without sucess,so here i am 2yrs later back up to 15 st,i think its good for a quick w/loss but goes back on at an alarming rate onece you start eating again,i know you have to be careful what you eat,but it makes you so un happy,once you have experianced the feeling of being slim ,then its all back on again,i suppose weight watchers is a healthy and better option if you can wait for the weight to come off.
