I give this airline NO STARS.
Our flight (11.7.09) was cancelled when we arrived at Luton airport from the north of England. We had not received any notification. Help desk (Aviance)uninterested and surly. Given a piece of paper and told to contact airline. Calls are expensive and it was hard to get through. Trouble accessing complaints department, still trying - Wizzair is the worst airline in the world and I would not advise anyone to even consider using it. Absolute rubbish and something should be done to regulate its behaviour. Absolutely no customer service. Kiss goodbye to your money!
