Lycatel cards sold in the UK are a rip-off of customers' money. I called their customer service and they told me of maintenance charge, connection charge and all the charges I have never seen on their advertising posters. For examples Calls to Sierra Leone mobile, The cards will tell you you have 120 minutes for a £5.00 card but you can talk only for 34 minutes at one go and not 120 minutes. However the worse will happen if you talk for 5 minutes and you try to call another number it might be lucky to talk for another 5 minutes and they card is finish. ALL calls with the LYCATEL LOGO IS RIP -OFF OF MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. PLEASE LET US STOP BUYING THEIR CARDS OR REPORT THEM TO FAIR TRADE COMMISSION.
