I recently took up insurance cover with the AA and had to make a minor change to policy - They charged 25 pound admin charge and were completely unwilling to budge and were totally unsympathetic I would not recommend them for good customer service. Hard to get on the phone too. I wrote htem a letter and we'll see how quickly they respond to that!!
