I booked a car from Easy Car in March 2009 for two weeks in May 2009. On collection of car at Alicante Airport I was offered additional Insurance which I declined and I agreed to leave car back with full fuel tank. Two weeks later I returned the car with full fuel tank and two days later I discovered that an extra '97.00 had been taken from my Visa account. I contacted Easy Car immediately and was advised to send all documentation to them and they would look into it which they said would take up to 21 days. After the full 21 days I was informed that they could not refund as it is up to the Agent in Spain. After several more emails I still have had no satisfaction so my advice would be under no circumstances should anyone book with Easy Car, it may seem cheap but it is a total rip off.
