I bought a laptop in warrant street branch, then the dvd player didn't eject any more after 20 days, and got the refund in staples corner branch without any problem. I was very impressed with their attitude, also I could not find another model I like, So next day I went back to PC World in warrant street and bought the same laptop (because only this branch had this model).
