Found a problem with my sony item in 2 days and had to be item-checked on-site to qualify for repair service (don't do refund in Comet, the maneger said!) if the item is not repairable, they need to call Sony for refund permission (it's Sony giving you money back, but not Comet, the maneger said!)......Basically, there were all excuses for not taking money out of their pocket. (it was 10% cheaper, and now I have wasted the rest 90% of my money)
