The Coast to Coast Walk crosses the North of England from St Bees on the west coast to Robin Hoods Bay on the east coast through the National Parks of the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors. This famous trail is easily one of the top 20 worldwide. The scenery is outstanding and the hiking is challenging but immensely rewarding. It is easily the best trail I have ever hiked. I booked through Contours Walking Holidays as I have on many occasions previously. As on previous occasions, the tour was outstanding with great accommodations ranging from homely B&Bs to smart hotels, a comprehensive tour pack containing a guidebook and all the maps required for the trip and the usual efficient luggage transfer between accommodations.
