Where do I start. Cabin crew on flight very rude. Food disgusting. There were 4 of us in party and all of us paid for the upgarded inflight entertainiment, where you can apparentley start and stop the movies when you want. None of our screens worked, reported it to 3 different members of cabin crew, never got it fixed as they didnt seem to care. The only good thing I can say about Thomson airways longhaul is that the legroom is very good. On the outbound flight the staff were just as rude and clueless telling us about our flight to Puerto Plata when infact we were flying to Punta Cana (2 different airports hundreds of miles apart!!!!!)
