Defective Item arrived on time. NO phone number so all negotiations had to be done online. The item was a pull-out rinser kitchen tap. They told me that all their stock was defective as they were all like mine, I bet they are still selling them though. They take your money easy, and return it with a lot more difficulty. My advice, do not buy from PlumbWorld UK as you will be buying alot of hassle. May be if they had a number for problem orders. I will try a plumbers merchant or Howdens next time.
