I have been with Littlewoods for 7 months and have had nothing but good service from them.
It was quite difficult to become a spread the cost customer because I had very little previous credit history but they accepted me a few months later.
I have made quite a few orders which have all come on time (most alot earlier than expected), packaged well and all items included.
When I have spoken to customer service they have been friendly and helpful, only ever phoned to ask when I would be receiving my bill or to ask how much next bill is for.
My only problem is sometimes a few items are stupidly priced and if you don't have shopping insurance you get quite a lot of calls asking if you would like it.
I am still using Littlewoods and I'm planning to get Christmas presents from it this year.
