No communication with us or between Easyfit. We had to do all the chasing. Builders turned up on the scheduled day and completed on the same day, great we thought and it all went wrong from there. Fitters turned up late as didn't know builders had finished, (poor comms) fitting was poor and shabby. Plasterer could not come for 2 weeks, and then refused to cover holes left by electrician. Electrician forgot to keep second appointment and came 10 days later. Complained several times about several problems and still not fixed. Start to finish took 9 weeks, originally promised 2 weeks. Dont sign any satisfaction notes until completely satisfied, Easyfit will pester you until you sign. I signed a 'Completion and satisfaction' and wrote on 'delivery only not fitted' they tipp-ex that part out and sent it to finance company who proceeded to pay Easyfit and then my payments would start. It wasn't until I threatened to take legal action if all the problems went sorted out the next day, a Manager and some fitters did turn up and sort out all the problems. In all pay a bit more and get some customer satisfaction.
