Used a beige blonde (think it as 9-1 or something) - went on easily and washed off easily but this beige has turned my hair a nasty dull grey shade - much darker than the colour shown on the packet, in the photo and much darker than I wanted... I won't use L'Oreal Excellence Cream again due to this inaccuracy. I now want to work out how to get rid of this colour as quickly as possible without wrecking my hair with more colour... ergh.
