Corioliss professional ceramic straighteners are the only thing that have worked on my hair, with no product and my curls last for days. In that regards, I can't say enough nice things about it. However, mine is 1 1/2 yrs old and is falling apart. Trying to get somewhere with the reps at the malls is getting me no where. They are trying to put me in the poorhouse, trying to talk me into spending another $150.00 for the upgraded model. I don't care about that. For the price, it should last a life time and no question about replacement for a faulty unit. I have curling irons I bought 15 years ago for $30 that still work great and have had no issues. Hard sales, incredibly poor customer service and a mediocre product. If this is what they are about, they won't be around long.
