After several successful transactions with Xoom It was fine, and now placing a new order it was cancelled dont know why, I try and try and try again still they cancelled it!We tried using another account with Xoom , still the same they cancelled it!! What went wrong???

I hope that Xoom will clarify this issues or else they should stop their business this is soo terrible and sounds unsafe, unreliable at all.

Another thing, you cant get thru any customer representative, their hotline is always ringing...the worst customer service ever among money tranfer agents.

For the new clients of Xoom please be aware and please read first comments/reviews before doing a transactions with them.

I dont know now if Xoom Global Money Transfer is still exist? Do they?
