I also bought a DGM 32in TV. From day one the remote did not work properly but I managed. When if finally packed up after 15 months DABS refused to help. Fortunately, DGM themselves came to the rescue but, if you expect service and help from DAbs.com, forget it. Without doubt, they are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Please, please, for the sake of your sanity and fair play, try Amazon. I have managed to view both Dabs (not that I will ever buy anything again) and Amazon and have beaten Dabs every time and I can assure you on the occasions I have need help, Amazon have been perfect.
Dabs do not deserve to be in business and, with a little effort, you can ensure that they end up where they deserve, on the scrap heap
