It's strange because we hosted two websites with GoDaddy, the first was well managed and reasonably priced. The second, however, was nothing short of shocking. We had a feature implemented on our first site that we also wanted on our second - we were told the only way we could have that feature was to upgrade to the "Unlimited hosting" package, which we duly did. The feature still wasn't there so we contacted support. They advised us "we can't help you with that, try a forum on the Internet". When we pointed out they'd already installed the same feature on our other site, we got the same "try a forum" response. Four days of requesting support and we simply got the same reply. Then the site became unavailable and support never got further than "we've received your message". We gave up in the end and cancelled the account.
