Bad Points

After approximately 6 uses we had to take out Bissell pro heat to the repair shop. Estimate was $123. Technician said it was not worth repairing, "Poorly made" Will never purchase another one.

According to the salesman at Kohls this bissell 3750e steam cleaner is a very good model.
