I am so disappointed that The Jewellery Channel is going down the pan. I used to really enjoy it and have it on my computer all the time. But my recent experiences have disillusioned me. Sending back faulty rings does not get your p&p back, which it should. I have complained several times but nobody is responsible (nobody cares)I have come to the conclusion that I will turn it off for good.
