What can I say ! since buying a Persimmon four bedroom house to the value of £250,00 everything has gone wrong but no one wants to fix it (persimmon).The ceilings we're never painted,the plumbing was instaled the oposite way round which let to a large bill for a new boiler and all the plumbing put into order.The roof is not waterproof so I have to get another builder in ! so apart from plumbing,(as some days my house smells of suridge) and the damp (which is from the roof)it has been a money pit. I had a persimmon builder in and he told me there was nothing he could do. I bought this home as brand new as a single parent but all Ive had is problem after problem.
