I saw other peoples reviews, but assumed they were just unlucky, arrived at the airport and started waiting, didnt understand why Hiper Car Hire gave us a raffle ticket at the airport - thats your position in the queue! having waited in the airport the bus took us (only us) to the offsite location. When we got there we joined the real queue, after 40 minutes we were served, "upgraded" to a very old jeep, but it served its purpose. When we returned thankfully we arrived early or we would have missed our flight. It took another 45 minutes to return the car as we had to join another queue. Being used to Avis I couldnt believe how badly organised this was. This was booked through Argus - next time I will make sure I know who I am renting from before completing the booking.
