Alton towers theme park is a beautifully keped theme park. When i went there wasn't much to do for my little on 6 and 3 but they brought along cloud cookoo land which was excellent for both my kids!It also had mutiny bay by sharkbait reef. I would recommend you pick a sunny day as not alot of the rides are sheltred from rain and some get you very wet! The Splash Landngs Hotel was so creative and imaginative including the rooms. The food was lovely and convineant essentials were there like washer and microwave.The water park was immensense and some of rides go up and suddenly drop also they have interractive water firing guns which kept the kids smiling. Aswell as that they have outdor rapids which include bubble pools and a massive tipping bucket!!The position of the hotel was really handy as the monorail was just outside and took you straight to the themepark entrence! All in all the service was fantastic and friendly and i would definatly go back again - infact i already have been and this time i stayed for three days which was a little more expensiver but we could have 1 day in the pool and 2 in the themepark which made sure we got on all the rides as there is sooo many!!!
