Alton Towers had grumpy staff, girls in cafes very obviously not very well trained, hadn't got a clue! Weird serving system, queue one end to order, another end to wait(a fairly length of time for a tea and a coffee. Food and drink a rip-off when eventually served!! Rides are alright if they're working. Be Drayton Manor next time.
