i ordered a small size washing machine from appliance deals which they could deliver at the weekend and take away my old broken one. they turned up, took the new machine out of the packaging and it was damaged and faulty. they took it back and said someone from appliancedeals would call - they didnt and we had to call them. we rearranged delivery for today, got a call to say the time slot so i was hopeful. however, it hadnt arrived 1.5 hours after latest time, so i rang them. four phone calls later i spoke to someone who said there was a problem and it wouldnt be delivered today, although they had no more information than that. i've now cancelled the order and bought from currys, as i know i can rely on them, and with an internet discount code, its cost the same...
