My Panaonic SD255 bread maker is brilliant. My only critism is that the `buzzer` is useless, because it's hardly audible and I therefore have to set another alarm. I purchased the machine from a friends recommendation after she has had hers in use for almost ten years.
I have not purchased any `processed` bread in over a year and even whilst working, with a little organisation it is used almost daily. The only inconvenience caused with baking home made bread, is weighing out the flour, but I now weigh out approx. 10 loaves into plastic containers and it is always ready for use. Even my two German Shepherds will only eat toast made from home made bread for breakfast .... surely that says it all!
