Chain Reaction Cycles is a very thorough cycling website with a huge range of product. Customer service was a bit slow. I emailed a question about the compability of the things I was buying and it took 3 days to get a response. But when I did get a response it was very good. Prices are amongst the cheapest out there. Delivery was quick on the first order I made but slower on the 2nd order. But no problems with it. A couple of the components I ordered came just wrapped in bubble wrap, not in a manufacturers box or anything like that which made me wonder if they'd taken it off a bike. But the components still worked fine. All in a pretty good place to get your bike bits.
