like the fact it heats very quickly

doesnt heat the water enough
General Comments
The first tefal quick cup we had stopped producing hot water after about 3 weeks so we took it back and got a replacement. This one has also stopped heating the water after about the same amount of time......water is also not hot enough for a decent cup of tea. For a quick coffe its ok - (when it heats)! Taking it back today for a full refund.
