Nicely located nice showers
General Comments
We had been regulars at Scotts Farm for over 5 years and introducing friends as well. On average we would visit 8/9 times a year. However, this weekend we were charged for a visitors car that in fact had already been paid, it was only a minimal charge but the customer service was appaling. My husband and our friends who were with us are all serving HM Forces personnel so not the kind of people who would start arguments. When we managed to prove we had in fact been overcharge, not an apology but we got barred, I could not believe it. The customer service in this campsite is appaling please do not question their decisions if you doubt them or you too will be barred.
