Very, very poor. Several other users have pointed out that there is no way to differentiate between active and inactive profiles, meaning that you have no way of knowing if the person you are trying to contact is still using the site.
After sending nearly 50 e-mails to women who were "96% Matches" for my "Personality Type" I got no responses. On top of this, the site crashes on a daily basis and remains unavailable for 3-4 hours each day.
It uses a lengthy signup process as pseudo-intellectual front, but at the end of the day, Match.com is just another run-of-mill dating site offering poor value for money. Avoid!
